You can't expect good printing without good quality filaments. We have a selection of filaments from several manufacturers.
ABS short for Acylonitrile Butadiene Styrene is an oil-based thermoplastic that is good for printing strong and sturdy objects like car parts and even Lego building blocks. It can be a strong smelling plastic so use this filament in a well ventilated area. It is most often used for professional printing.
PLA short for Poly Lactic Acid is made from organic material — specifically cornstarch and sugarcane so it has a more pleasant smell when printing. This filament is good for creating objects that require a shiny or smoother appearance. It is also weaker than the ABS filament but is good for projects that require a lot of detail, such as artistic applications. The PLA filament is perfect for hobbyists.
Wood 3D Printing Material is made of PLA soft plastic and actual wood. It is perfect for making organic products for art or even home decoration. The sawdust in this filament gives the printed objects the smell of genuine wood. The final product can be sanded, varnished, painted, lacquered like any natural wooden object.
